Gathering your Business Requirements

I have my business requirements.

If you have already gathered your business requirements, then this will help us with the initial consultation to provide you with a direction and initial estimates to get started.

We have an idea what we need, but no business requirements.

No problem, a lot of projects do not have the business requirements gathered. If your project is very complex we will provide you with an estimate to gather your business requirements and make this a separate step in the software development process for your project.

My project is simple and doesn't need business requirements.

For simple projects we will gather simple requirements during the consultation phase and provide you with a free estimate based on our initial discussions.

What's in the Software development estimate?

We will include our fees, hourly rate or fixed bid, and general overview of the deliverables. If you have business requirements we will be referencing your requirements and the mapping to the modules or software we will be developing for you.

Phased Estimates

In some cases where the project is very large or complex we may provide you with phased estimates. This is advantageous you and us, because it enables us to have milestones and deliverables that you see.
