The web-based timesheet is a core module in the OfficeSeries Internet Time System.  The web-based timesheet can be customized for many different organizations based on their needs.

Web-Based Timesheet Feature Descriptions

IP Verification
This feature enables you to authorize designated ip addresses as your authorized location for employees to utilize the punch in and punch out features to ensure employees are logging in to the correct locations or terminals.
 
Accurate Time-lines
This module enables employees to enter their time using using standard time, such as 8:15 AM to 11:00 AM, 12:00 AM to 5:15 PM. Employees can have multiple segments of time that do not overlap enabling them enter unlimited number of time segments per day.
Approval Process
Employees can easily submit their web-based timesheets for approval.  The approval process allows management or another designated indivduals to approve or reject indivdual timesheets.  The approval process includes messaging to let the employee know what is wrong with his or her timesheet.
Hourly Time Entry
This module enables employees to enter time daily in a hourly format, for example (Monday-8.25, Tuesday 9.0, etc).
Multi-Level Approvals
Multi-Level approvals enables your organization to setup custom approval chains.  An example would be having a line manager perform the first approval before the timesheet is approved by the HR or Payroll department.
Standard Reports
The web-based timesheet system comes standard with 20+ reports.  Reports can be run for any time range and can be viewed at the Company, Group, Project, Task, Payroll Code and many more.
Time Clock
This module enables employees to simply clock in and out of Internet Time System and provides managers or other employees the clear visibility to whom is in or out of the office.
In and Out Board
This module enables managers or all employees to view an in and out board to see who is in the office, this feature integrates with the time clock module or can be utilized as a stand alone module.
