Camelback Mountain

Camelback Mountain is the highest peak in Phoenix with 2,704 feet elevation. This place has spectacular view and offers outdoor activities such as rock climbing and hiking. It is called so because its peak resembles the hump of camel's back, wherein, once reached, it offers a great look at the surrounding city in a 360-degree view. Its beautiful hiking trails come in two challenging trail heads - Echo Canyon (rated more difficult with steep and rocky climb) and Cholla Trail (offers a longer but more steady hike compared to Echo Canyon Trail). Camelback Mountain is also a home to wildlife and plant species.

Desert Botanical Garden

Desert Botanical Garden is a botanic garden that spans up to 140 acres (57 hectares) seated in Papago Park, particularly at 1201 N Galvin Parkway in Phoenix, Arizona. This spectacular garden hosts permanent outdoor exhibits with over 50,000 distinct plant and it cares rare and endangered plant species. There is always something new to learn at Desert Botanical Garden through its special exhibits that updates throughout the year. Several forms of learning activities are provided here through their exhibitions, nocturnal adventures, library and a lot more. It's a great place to go for family day out.

Phoenix Zoo

Arizona Capitol Museum is a place to discover history of Arizona as it evolves from territory to state. With a special focus to Arizona's history and culture, the museum displays their extensive collection of artifacts through their exhibitions (both permanent and special). Papago Park

If you want to relieve yourself from city buzz, Papago Park is a place to go. This outdoor recreation has a nice trail which is suitable for outdoor activities like hiking, sightseeing, trail running, and biking. Papago Park is also where Hunt's Tomb is seated, the tomb of the first governor in Arizona which appears as a white pyramid.
