    Additionally, the Average Rating cell is also color-coded to help interpret performance at a glance:

    • 🔴 Red: Low performance (1.00–2.99)

How to Use the Excel Employee Evaluation Form

Follow these detailed steps to complete the Employee Evaluation Form:

  1. Download the Excel File
