Instructions:

1. Enter month and date.

2. Enter your total monthly income.

3. List down your expenses and its description (if applicable). Under the expenses column, list down all expenses spent for the month, e.g., rent, utilities, transportation, etc. Use the description column for any additional information you want to add for each expense.

4. Enter amount spent for each expense. For each expense listed, enter its corresponding amount on the same row. Once amount is entered, the template will auto-calculate your total spending.

5. Review your spending tracker. Upon entry of all details, you can review your tracker to see whether or not you have exceeded your budget.
