Complete the template by filling out details on the sections provided. This weekly planner template has sections for the start date, start time, time interval, end date, date, day of week, and time/hourly schedule.

Designed with formulas, there’s no need for you to manually type the daily hours, dates, or days of the week on this weekly schedule template excel as it’s automatically generated upon entry of start time and your week’s start date. Instructions in using the Schedule Template:

  1. Enter start date. Once start date is entered, the remaining dates for the week will be automatically generated.

  2. Enter start time and time interval. Enter your preferred start time and time interval using the dropdown arrow provided. Once these details are entered, the rest of the daily hours should be automatically filled out for you in a 24-hour schedule.

  3. List down your daily tasks/activities. Plan out your weekly schedule by listing down tasks/activities you need to achieve/complete for each day of the week.

  4. Check or update your weekly schedule template. Check your weekly schedule template every now and then to remind yourself of your weekly goals/plans. For any changes on your weekly plans, you can update the schedule template anytime.
